|Due to its success and excellent service, AiM is rapidly growing and its Operations Division now seeks a Regional Director that will lead and manage AiM’s operations and workforce in the southeast region of the United States. The Regional Director will be one of six U.S. regional directors that report directly to the Vice President of Regional Operations and ensures that their particular region’s vehicle inspectors meet quality, production, organizational development, safety, operational excellence, cost and productivity objectives. In doing so, the Regional Director will manage and help develop AiM’s vehicle inspectors located across numerous states in the southeast region of the U.S., some of which work at fixed facilities such as car auction sites or ports of entry, and some of which are dispatched on a daily basis to different locations throughout the region.
The successful candidate will be capable of managing multiple complex priorities simultaneously with a “hands on” style and be expected to exemplify true change leadership in developing his/her team and delivery of annual operating goals/metrics.
