Job Description  

Title: Field Services Manager (FSM)

Reports to: Area Manager

I. Summary

This is an exciting, challenging and highly visible position.  The AiM Field Services Manager (FSM) conducts mobile, used vehicle inspections within a designated geographical area. The FSM will perform a variety of different inspections ranging from off‰Ûlease vehicles at a lessee’s home or business to major damage vehicles on behalf of an insurance provider.  The FSM will also be cross-trained to perform dealer floor plan audits on behalf of automobile finance companies.

 

The FSM must maintain high ethical/company standards and policies when conducting inspections and audits on behalf of AiM. All FSMs are provided with a company vehicle, equipped with GPS technology, subject to satisfactorily meeting all AiM standards/requirements upon being offered a position.

 

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Vehicle inspections – Drives to locations such as homes, offices, and other fixed sites to perform used vehicle inspections. An FSM must accurately assess vehicle condition, estimate value of required repairs (using Audatex damage estimating software), document findings in a condition report, and transmit completed reports after each inspection.
  • Dealer Floor Plan Audits –The FSM will be cross-trained to perform dealer floor plan audits based on geographical area and need. The FSM will be responsible for a physical count of vehicles, in addition to an audit of dealer’s records including the sale, disposition and proceeds of the vehicles in question. The FSM will be responsible for reconciling dealer and AiM customer physical counts, and in some cases, facilitating payment from dealer to the finance company.
  • Performance Expectations – Document and record vehicle damages, utilizing proprietary inspection and damage estimating software with laptop computer and digital camera. The FSM will be expected to electronically report status of his/ her assignments during the day using AiM’s proprietary scheduling and routing software in order to maintain high productivity each work day.
  • Customer Engagement The FSM will be the front line in regards to face-to-face interaction with AiM’s clients including their dealers and lessees. This position will require an increased level of customer service skills combined with a heightened sense of professionalism.
  • Other – Perform additional duties as required by the Company. Make continuous recommendations to improve quality and efficiency.

 

III. Supervisory Responsibilities

On occasion Field Services Managers may be asked to train new hire FSMs and supervise group dealer audits.

V. Qualifications

Education

  • High school or GED equivalent required
  • Some college level courses and/or technical courses (i.e. ASE or ICAR) preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of consistent, full-time work experience
  • General knowledge of automotive components preferred. AiM will train the ideal candidate.
  • Automotive Estimating/ Repair a plus
  • Experience working independently or with limited supervision

  • Possess a valid state issued driver’s license
  • Good driving record with no more than one moving violation in the last three years
  • Must be 21 years or over due to car rental regulations

Auction Inspector

Title: Auction Inspector

Reports to: Auction Facility Lead or Auction Facility Manager

I. Summary

An Auction Inspector performs multiple used vehicle inspections daily at a fixed auction site.  The inspections focus on detecting damage, missing parts and mechanical issues. Inspections are performed in compliance with the client’s inspection routine and guidelines. All inspections are performed using a mobile device equipped with proprietary inspection software.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Used vehicle Inspection

  • Perform a thorough and accurate inspection of each vehicle’s condition.
  • Identify all damage, missing parts and mechanical problems while performing an inspection of the interior, exterior, trunk area, engine compartment and undercarriage of the vehicle.
  • Inspector must make objective decisions based on a defined set of inspection guidelines.
  • All findings will be recorded in a mobile device using proprietary inspection software. Other tools to be used include digital camera, tread depth measuring gauge, etc.

Other– Perform other related duties as requested including but not limited to locating and moving vehicles.

Auction Facility Manager

Title: Auction Facility Manager

Reports to: Area Manager

I. Summary

The Auction Facility Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the inspection operations at a fixed- site auction facility.  The Facility Manager will work cooperatively with the facility as well as other vendors or contractors assigned to the site.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspections – Perform used vehicle inspections.
  • Supervision – Responsible for the implementation of Company policies and procedures at the facility. Oversee operations including the multi-shift inspections (if applicable) of automobiles. The Facility Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the inspectors are provided with the equipment necessary to perform their assigned duties.
  • Vehicle Inspection Reports – Provide oral and written reports of vehicle inspections to customer representatives as well as to the appropriate corporate managers and executives.Ensure that all files are transmitted upon completion of inspections.
  • RecruitmentResponsible for employee recruitment, termination, training, scheduling and discipline as well as related employee health and safety issues.
  • Time Cards – Reviews and approves time cards.
  • Other – Perform additional duties as required by the Company or Facility. Make continuous recommendations to improve/ maintain quality and efficiency.

III. Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervises 10 or more Auction Inspectors and Auction Facility Leads at any given time.

Job Responsibilities

As an IT Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with the other members of the development team and marketing to review the designs of systems, implement test plans and test the quality of software products.   In addition, the IT Software Quality Assurance Analystyou will develop Quality Assurance test plans and project staffing estimates

Other responsibilities for the IT Software Quality Assurance Analyst position will include:

Job Requirements
We are looking for experienced professionals in the IT world to fill our Software Quality Assurance Analyst positions.   Candidates must have a strong working experience in UNIX Platform, UNIX shell scripting, Oracle, SQL, Java Script, Perl, Java, XML be familiar with SCP and MQ in order to be considered for this position.   In addition, the IT Software Quality Assurance Analyst will have experience with reporting tools and reports testing, including Quality Center, advanced SQL usage and Sharepoint.

Senior Support Analyst (Quality Assurance)

Overview

    The Senior QA Analyst position will be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining test strategies, test plans, and test cases for the application under test. S/He will be responsible for all test artifacts (plans, suites, cases, tasks, scripts, test databases). S/He will also be responsible for creating and maintaining test scripts, documenting results and reporting and tracking software defects found in the applications under test.

    Candidate should have experience effecting a structured and orderly transition from manual to automated testing. Experience in assisting developers in implementing unit tests, component tests, white box and grey box tests for stability of build quality is a big plus. Experience with HP ALM QC, a Microsoft Test Manager/Team Foundation Server or similar industry standard test management tool is required. A true professional tester with strong analytical skills with extensive knowledge and experience in Quality control and Quality assurance practices. Experience in testing Client server, SOA, unit testing and Database testing a big plus.

Qualifications

     Education
