Due to its success and excellent service, AiM is rapidly growing and its Operations Division now seeks a Regional Director that will lead and manage AiM’s operations and workforce in the southcentral region of the United States. The Regional Director will be one of six U.S. regional directors that report directly to the Vice President of Regional Operations and ensures that their particular region’s vehicle inspectors meet quality, production, organizational development, safety, operational excellence, cost and productivity objectives. In doing so, the Regional Director will manage and help develop AiM’s vehicle inspectors located across numerous states in the southcentral region of the U.S., some of which work at fixed facilities such as car auction sites or ports of entry, and some of which are dispatched on a daily basis to different locations throughout the region.

The successful candidate will be capable of managing multiple complex priorities simultaneously with a “hands on” style and be expected to exemplify true change leadership in developing his/her team and delivery of annual operating goals/metrics.

  4. -Monitors inspection performance within the assigned objectives and follows-up on any problem locations, process breakdowns, or problem vehicles.Has ultimate responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is inspected in accordance with contractual obligation and that on-time vehicle inspections are done for all units that arrive at various locations in order to assess vehicle condition.
  5. -Manages the vehicle inspection and employee headcount in relation to workload.
  6. -In conjunction with the company’s recruiting specialist(s) and Area Managers within the region, finds, develops and maintains a quality workforce that produces efficient and quality results.Categorizes all inspection processes into groups enabling area supervisors to assign tasks and measure performance of staff against targets.
  7. -May be required at times to meet with and engage in meetings with customers to discuss performance, quality and any other operational processes. Must be professional and possess strong communication skills.
  8. -As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.
  9. -Light to frequent travel (about 20-40%).

National Sales Director Audit and CPO Accounts

Due to its success and excellent service, AiM is rapidly growing, and its Sales & Marketing Division now seeks a National Sales Director that will lead and oversee AiM’s sales growth and retention in its dealer floor plan audit and certified pre-owned vehicle markets. The National Sales Director will be one of several national directors that report directly to the Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing regarding specifically assigned revenue channels. In general, the primary role of the National Sales Director will to be develop and foster relationships with current and potential clients in order to maintain and grow revenue in their respective sales channel. To do so, the National Sales Director will be expected to be or become an expert in AiM’s products and services utilized in dealer floor plan and certified pre-owned vehicle inventory audits so as to help current and future clients by (1) identifying the products/services that best address their needs and (2) ensuring superlative customer support of those products and services.

A successful candidate will be able to interact with mid to high level corporate clients, manage multiple corporate accounts, provide the corporate clients with expertise and coordinated support of AiM’s products and services, and consult with those clients regarding additional product and service needs.

National Sales Director New Car /Claims Management

Job Summary

Due to its success and excellent service, AiM is rapidly growing, and its Sales & Marketing Division now seeks a National Sales Director that will lead and oversee AiM’s sales growth and retention in the new car vehicle inspection and claims management markets. The National Sales Director will be one of several national directors that report directly to the Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing regarding specifically assigned revenue channels. In general, the primary role of the National Sales Director will to be develop and foster relationships with current and potential clients in order to maintain and grow revenue in their respective sales channel. To do so, the National Sales Director will be expected to be or become an expert in AiM’s new car vehicle inspections and claims management products and services in order to help current and future clients by (1) identifying the products/services that best address their needs and (2) ensuring superlative customer support of those products and services.

A successful candidate will be able to interact with mid to high level corporate clients, manage multiple corporate accounts, provide the corporate clients with expertise and coordinated support of AiM’s products and services, and consult with those clients regarding additional product and service needs.

-Successfully interface with the client and AiM’s various internal departments to ensure flawless operational support
-Identifies promotional opportunities and assists to develop product solutions to secure those opportunities-
-Identify successful product strategies and work with AiM’s various internal departments to develop products to support.
-Identify products to target for replacement and develop transition plans.
-As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.
-Light to frequent travel (about 25 to 50%).

Minimum Qualifications

The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.

  1. -Job Knowledge and Skill Car industry and/or comprehensive knowledge of inspection/remarketing products and/or services preferred.
  2. -Experience: Two to seven or more years of comprehensive professional experience in a related field.
  3. -Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; MBA preferred. Will consider equivalent related college or technical courses, seminars, industry related experience.
  4. -Computer Skills: Working knowledge of power point, word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, ability to adapt to new technology as it becomes available.
  5. -Communication Skills:Ability to excel in a team environment required. Must be able to successfully interface with operations, customer service, logistics, IT, product development and quality departments
  6. -Analytical Skills:Strong analytical skills required with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to source, disseminate and properly apply secondary research

Auction Inspector/ Vehicle Inspector

Job Description

Title: Auction Inspector

Reports to: Auction Facility Lead or Auction Facility Manager

I. Summary

An Auction Inspector performs multiple used vehicle inspections daily at a fixed auction site.  The inspections focus on detecting damage, missing parts and mechanical issues. Inspections are performed in compliance with the client’s inspection routine and guidelines. All inspections are performed using a mobile device equipped with proprietary inspection software.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Used vehicle Inspection

  • Perform a thorough and accurate inspection of each vehicle’s condition.
  • Identify all damage, missing parts and mechanical problems while performing an inspection of the interior, exterior, trunk area, engine compartment and undercarriage of the vehicle.
  • Inspector must make objective decisions based on a defined set of inspection guidelines.
  • All findings will be recorded in a mobile device using proprietary inspection software. Other tools to be used include digital camera, tread depth measuring gauge, etc.

 

Other– Perform other related duties as requested including but not limited to locating and moving vehicles.

VI. Physical Requirements

Work Conditions

Must meet all physical aspects to be able to successfully complete the vehicle inspection routine including;

  • Regular bending, walking, standing, kneeling and lifting (up to 25 lbs.)
  • Outside working conditions
  • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, etc…)
  • Must be able to work extended hours including weekends and holidays (as needed)

Ability to Operate a Motor Vehicle

Job Description:  

The executive assistant will perform day-to-day administrative and clerical work essential for the smooth operation of the Office of the President CEO as well as some select duties for other key executives including the CFO VP of Finance.

Responsibilities:

-Regular, onsite attendance

-Provide general office support for the President CEO. Provide first level of service on handling inquiries, and directing communications promptly and efficiently.

-Maintain, prioritize, and administer a high level and complex task management system

-Responsible for record retention and file management in the Offices.

-Responsible for President CEO calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings;

-Draft and or coordinate correspondence for the President CEO and others upon request.

-Coordinate meetings and events for the Office

-Support a recurring administrative calendar and coordinate timing of action items for time sensitive projects

-Serve as a tech liaison for the Offices of the President

-Coordinate and prepare executive and Board presentations as needed
